To all our members, those who purchased day tickets, Oliver’s Angling, Reel Fun, Cadbury Angling and the Blue Flame PH.

It has been another successful year for the Club we thank you for the support and wish you a safe and enjoyable Christmas.

We have been made aware of a report to police concerning illegal netting of fish in the Kingston Seymour and Clevedon area near the sea.

The matter was reported by a member of the public.

Based on information sent to us by the police it does not appear to have happened on the River Kenn.

Our local Neighbourhood Policing Team lead by Inspector Graeme Hall are going to speak with some individuals concerning the report, they are also liaising with the EA.

Can we ask that all members remain vigilant and should they see anything suspicious report it to police via the 101 phone number and quote crime ref number 5222291043 Insp Hall 3696.

Oliver’s Angling in Alexandra Rd in Clevedon is to close.

The store has had limited opening times for a little while now due to Graham having health problems.

They will open for the last time on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th were all items are being discounted at 25%.

We thank Oliver’s for the support they have given the Club over many years.
